How long does delivery take?
We process your order within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. This means your package will generally arrive within 2–5 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way home.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We only deliver within Ireland. No minimum amount and no special conditions.

Can I exchange an item?
Of course. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply contact us at support@light-frame.com and we’ll assist you further.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Ireland. Our focus is to provide the best possible experience locally.

What should I do if my package hasn't arrived?
Start by checking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it’s been more than 7 business days since shipment and you still haven’t received your package, contact us at support@light-frame.com and we’ll investigate the issue right away.

How does your return policy work?
You have 60 days from receipt to return an item (return costs are for the customer). Contact us at support@light-frame.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the amount to appear in your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?
