Shipping policy

At Light Frame, it's all about creating homes that feel personal and inviting. When you order home and interior design products from us, delivery should be just as pleasant as unpacking them. That's why we've made our shipping process simple, safe, and transparent from start to finish.

We deliver within Ireland. All orders are carefully packed from our address in Clondalkin, so your new favorites arrive safely.

Delivery Times

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

• Delivery time: Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Total delivery time: Your order should arrive within 2–5 business days.

Orders are processed on a rolling basis, and our daily cut-off time is 15:00 (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (Dublin), Monday to Saturday.

When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This way, you can follow the delivery all the way to your home. During periods of high activity or unforeseen events, minor delays may occur. Should this happen, we will, of course, keep you informed.
