At Light Frame, we aim to make decorating your home a stress-free experience. We understand that sometimes a product may look different in person than it does online. That's why we’ve made our return process simple and transparent, so you can shop with peace of mind.

60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For approval, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking, so you can monitor the package during its return journey.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another, we're happy to help. Simply contact us at support@light-frame.com and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for banks or payment providers to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
